SAGE is thrilled to acknowledge the extraordinary contributions to Fort Lauderdale’s LGBTQ+ community made by our community’s pioneers and come together in support and recognition of them. We are pleased to announce that this year’s honorees, DC Allen & Ken Flick, partners in life and business, have fueled local advocacy groups, community-building initiatives, and direct service projects for decades.

LGBTQ+ elders stood on the front lines of our community’s struggle for equality. Now we must make sure they have the support and resources they need to age with the dignity and respect they deserve.
