SAGE Long Island is a bi-county (Nassau and Suffolk) nonprofit organization dedicated to meeting the unique needs of the Long Island LGBT senior community. It is a part of the Long Island GLBT Services Network, an association of three organizations that serve the LGBT community throughout the lifespan: LIGALY, serving youth 13 to 21; the Long Island LGBT Community Center, serving adults and families; and SAGE Long Island, serving LGBT older adults age 50 and beyond.
