Deutsche Eiche: The Bar and Sauna

In 1995, one of the best-known and most-visited meeting places of the Central European gay scene was created in the rear and adjoining buildings of the Deutsche Eiche: The Bathhouse. Stretching over four floors and almost 4,600 square feet, it offers a Finnish sauna, an 80-degree sauna, a jacuzzi, a large steam bath, a shower area, massage rooms, a solarium, a rooftop garden, TV rooms, relaxation rooms, and individual and exclusive booths, as well as a cozy bar and bistro area, where the full menu of the restaurant is also available during kitchen hours.

In the "Deutsche Eiche," there is a mixed audience of all ages. Mature and older men are there mostly in the afternoon. The whole location is very clean, with a nice steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, and of course, a big cruising area.
