The Amigo Bar is historically a pure gay bar, but over the past few years the audience has become more and more mixed. From Wednesday to Sunday, many heterosexuals, either in the company of their gay friends, or simply because of the Karaoke system and the snobbish atmosphere.

Both gender and age distribution range widely. And many are dropping in at the Amigo Bar as other nearby bars close a nd they aren't quite done partying yet.
