Visit the password reset page and enter the email address associated with your profile. Instructions will be sent to your email address. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received the instructions in your inbox.

Click on "Settings" at the bottom of any page. Click on "Delete account" at the bottom of your profile.

Click on "Settings" at the bottom of any page. Click on "Change Password" and follow the instructions.

Click on "Settings" at the bottom of any page. Change your email address in the Email box and click on "Update User". Instructions will be sent to your previous email address to confirm the change.

If you have an email newsletter handy, you should find a link near the top of it you can click to unsubscribe.

If not, click on "Settings" at the bottom of any page. Remove the checkmark from "Receive the twice-weekly newsletter" and click on "Update User".

Pictures and Stories

You can upload a photo when you edit your profile, or you can go to the pictures page and click on "Upload a new picture".

Find the picture on your phone or on your computer you wish to upload and click "Upload". Wait for the picture to be uploaded. Once you see your picture, if you wish to use it as your profile picture, click "Make this my profile picture".

Deleting Images

Click on the image you've uploaded, and you should see "More information..." in top left corner of your picture. Click there to go to the picture's dedicated page. Click "Delete".

Deleting Profile Pictures

If you want to remove the profile picture from your account, click "Edit profile" on your profile page or click on "Settings" at the bottom of any page. Click "Delete profile image". The picture will no longer be used as your personal image. Note that this does not delete the image, it's just no longer used as the picture for your profile.

Go to your inbox (click on "Messages" at the bottom of any page). Click on "View conversation" under the relevant message. At the bottom of the conversation, you'll see an empty box with a "Reply" button. After adding your message to box, click "Reply".
