Columbia, SC Prime Timers is a not-for-profit, noncommercial and nonpartisan social group for older gay/bisexual men (over 21). Our chapter brings men living in the Columbia metropolitan and surrounding areas together through social events to develop long lasting friendships.

As the capital city of South Carolina, Columbia is located in the South Carolina Midlands. Columbia and its surrounding areas offer a diverse blend of cultural and recreational attractions, including: Riverbanks Zoo & Gardens, Congaree National Park, South Carolina State Museum, Columbia Museum of Art, and Lake Murray.

We hold several events throughout each month to include Taco Tuesday’s, dinner outs and Monthly Meetings which are held on the 4th Sunday of every month are the highlight of our chapter’s activities. We are striven to find interesting day trips or activities so the members can enjoy some great socializing activities. They are wonderful times of fellowship and getting to know each other. There is always plenty of food, camaraderie, and fun. The President determines the agenda.
