Prime Timers Central Virginia, Inc. (PTCV), is a private fraternal organization, run for and by the members, bringing together mature gay and bisexual men for educational, social, recreational, support and personal growth, for the best and Prime Times of our lives. We are located in the metropolitan area of Richmond, the capital city of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and include the surrounding cities, towns, and counties of central Virginia.
