SAGE Upstate addresses the needs of older LGBT people in seven counties of Central New York. We offer health and wellness programming, support groups, education, and social activities for LGBTQ people and allies. We also provide education for health care providers and other audiences about the needs of older LGBTQ people. SAGE Upstate strives to provide opportunities for creating support networks through safe and affirming social activities.
