SAGE Upstate promotes the well-being of older gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning people in CNY through health programs, socials, support groups, and education.

The Sage Upstate Center is located in Syracuse in the CNY Philanthropy Center, 431 E. Fayette Street, corner of Townsend and E. Fayette. Programming is held in the Center most nights during the week, including Friday night socials, health and wellness programs, member-led classes, and support groups. The Center also offers computer and internet access, and a lending library with 1,300+ LGBTQ-themed titles. More than 100 visits to the Sage Upstate Center are logged monthly.
