Prime Timers of the National Capital Area (PTDCA). is a social organization that has served mature gay and bi-sexual men since January 28, 1996. Prime Timers of the National Capital Area is a chapter of Prime Timers World Wide which has over 75 chapters located in the United States, and in several other countries.

PTNCA provides a variety of activities that afford mature gay/bi men with an opportunity to enjoy socializing numerous times each month. We enjoy eating out, cultural events, movies, concerts, day trips and other events throughout the Washington Metro Area. The overall goal is to have fun, network, make friends, and provide an opportunity to socialize with a variety of guys.

PTNCA serves the entire Washington Metropolitan Area.

Washington, D.C. is one of the most diverse cities in the United States, and is know for being open and welcoming to members of the GLBT community. Legislation authorizing same-sex marriage passed in 2009, and the District began issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples on March 2010.
